Hydraulic cartridge pressure relief valve RM27-00 is poppet type structure, pilot operated control and relief with check function valve. The inlet port of P and T outlet port is not through when the pressure at P port does not reach 90% of spring force. The hydraulic relief cartridge valve starts to overflow from P port to T port if the system operation pressure is rising to 90% of spring force and goes up until the main pressure achieving Max. setting pressure of spring.
The cartridge pressure relief valve is working the main component of hydraulic system, therefore, the valve sensitive response to the abnormal pressure is the key test for valve. Finotek tests the hydraulic relief cartridge valve strictly, especially the valve spring, poppet and poppet seat, which allows the valve will work properly in its working condition.
