CV08-20 Hydraulic cartridge check valve allows the hydraulic flow into one way and blocks reverse flow. The cartridge check valve is installed to protect the hydraulic components in high pressure system, usually install in front of the pump and on the system return line.
CV08-20 Ball type hydraulic cartridge check valve blocks the flow by a high strength stainless steel ball pushed by spring on a seat, the steel ball is out of its seat position when the hydraulic pressure higher than the spring force allows flow into in directional. The ball comes back to its seat and stop the reverse flow while the pressure force gradually lower than the spring force. If the sealing component Finotek manufactured is poppet sealing, it is the same function. Finotek cartridge check valve is tested with zero leakage for reverse flow and quick response to the positive flow.
